Manage your account and data

If you have an account, sign in and visit your account data page to:

  • Download a full export of everything we hold about you, as a JSON file.
  • Request account deletion (a two-step process with a 24-hour cooling-off period).
  • Cancel a pending deletion request, if you change your mind.

See the privacy page for exactly what’s collected and what deletion does and doesn’t remove — in particular, certificates you’ve earned are kept for verification even after account deletion.

Verifying a certificate

Every certificate Learning Harbour issues has its own public, permanent verification page at /verify/[code], reachable via the verification code printed on the certificate itself. Anyone with that code can check a certificate is genuine — no account needed. If a certificate has been revoked, the verification page says so, along with the reason.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, please email [email protected] with details rather than filing a public issue. Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before sharing details publicly.
